Changed your mind? Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period, though if your service has already started you may be charged for what you have used. Business customers may receive pro-rated credit at our discretion. Setup, IX/XC, and third-party fees are non-refundable. Just open a ticket and we will take it from there.

How long does it take to set up my VPS?

Your VPS will be provisioned and ready to use almost instantly after your payment is confirmed and fraud check is passed. You'll receive an email with all the login details you need to get started right away. Orders placed through a VPN are blocked and will be rejected.

Can I upgrade my VPS plan later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time directly from your client area. The upgrade process is seamless with no downtime.

Yes, BGP is free and self-service. Provision sessions yourself from the control panel, with WHOIS-email ASN verification (no tickets required).

ASN ownership is verified through the contact email published in WHOIS. Once verified, you can provision the BGP session yourself from the control panel without opening a ticket.

Yes. A standard BGP session is free and self-service. The paid BGP downstream add-on is only required when you need AS-SET filtered downstream support.

No, we do not offer DDoS protection. If your VPS is targeted, we will null-route the IP to protect other customers. Repeated attacks may result in removal from our network at our discretion.

A physical infrastructure where ISPs and CDNs exchange traffic between their networks. Connecting to an IX allows for more direct, faster, and often cheaper data exchange.

We can facilitate connections to LONAP, LINX, ERA-IX, ONIX, FremiX, and NVIX. This allows you to establish peering and resell connectivity.

No. IX and cross-connect add-ons are manually provisioned after ordering. We will confirm any required details and activation through support.

Do you sell IP blocks with your servers?

No. We support BYOIP (Bring Your Own IP), but you must have your own AS to announce your IP space. We do not permit announcements on our AS.

Can I announce my own IP space?

Yes, through BYOIP. You must operate your own ASN and announce the space through your own BGP session; announcements cannot originate from AS52025 on your behalf.

Am I allowed to send spam or unsolicited emails?

No. Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email violates our Terms of Service. Offending accounts are suspended immediately.
